Inglewood Manor is a beautiful Arts-and-Crafts country house set in private Cheshire grounds — intimate, elegant and made for a relaxed celebration.
Inglewood has a wonderfully personal feel, and I love how it lets a wedding breathe. The panelled hall and staircase are full of character for the ceremony, while the gardens and mature grounds give plenty of room for natural portraits.
For couples, the lawns and tree-lined edges of the grounds are lovely, and the house itself makes a striking backdrop. As the evening draws in, sparklers on the lawn produce some of my favourite images anywhere.
I photograph Inglewood weddings quietly and warmly — I'd rather feel like an old friend than a supplier. You'll get honest, unposed moments alongside a handful of beautiful portraits, without ever feeling on show.
It's an easy trip from Farndon, so I arrive early and calm, and I know exactly how the light moves across Inglewood's rooms and gardens through the day.
