Peckforton Castle is a genuine Victorian fortress set high in the Cheshire hills — dramatic stonework, sweeping views and a real sense of occasion.
Peckforton is made for photography. The courtyard, the great hall and the battlements give a wonderful mix of grand and intimate settings, while the woodland and hilltop views open up beautifully for relaxed couple portraits.
My style stays natural and unobtrusive even in such a striking setting — I capture the day honestly and only borrow you for a few quiet minutes when the light is right. Just over the border from my Farndon base, I arrive early and know how the Cheshire light plays across the castle through the day.
